Spartanburg, S.C.- After trailing 13-6 at halftime, North Carolina proceeded to dominate the second half of the 75th annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. The Tar Heels outscored the Sandlappers of South Carolina 20-6 in the second half and went on to win 26-19. Below are news and notes from the weekend.
